General Staff confirms attack on Russian airfield in Adygea

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has announced that the Ukrainian Defence Forces struck the Khanskaya airfield in the Republic of Adygea, Russia.

Quote from the General Staff: “An ammunition warehouse located on the territory of a military facility came under attack. Enemy air defence activity was observed near the target, and a fire was spotted.”
Details: It is noted that Su-34 and Su-27 aircraft were based at the airfield. Detailed information on the consequences of the damage is being confirmed.
“The task was carried out by the forces and means of the Security Service of Ukraine, Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the General Staff concluded.
