Quote: “The next Peace Summit must take place. The plan will already be ‘on the table’ in November – but I don’t know the date. I think no one knows it at the moment. But we will prepare everything as we have decided. The plan, with all the details, will be ready by the beginning of November.”
Details: Macron, for his part, recalled that in October, thematic conferences on various points of Ukraine’s Peace Formula will be held, with different groups of countries working on these issues. Notably, France will host a thematic meeting on nuclear safety on 17 October.
Zelenskyy shared that he revealed his Victory Plan to Macron and raised the issues of ammunition supplies, lifting restrictions on Ukraine’s use of Western long-range weapons, and securing funding to enable Ukraine to produce more of its own strike drones.
The Ukrainian President reiterated that he is not discussing any ceasefire with allies, and this was not brought up during his meeting with Macron.
