Zelenskyy goes to Brussels to present Victory Plan

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will present a plan to force Russia to peace (Victory Plan) at a special meeting of the European Council.

Quote: “We are now on our way to Brussels. There will be a special meeting of the European Council at the level of leaders. I will present the Victory Plan, our tool for forcing Russia to peace.
All European leaders will hear how we need to strengthen our position. We need to end this war fairly.”
Details: Zelenskyy is scheduled to meet with Charles Michel, President of the European Council; Roberta Metsola, President of the European Parliament; and heads of political groups in the European Parliament. He will also meet with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
