Russian forces launched strikes on the city of Kharkiv on 20 October evening, leading to issues with the supply of electricity.

Details: At 22:10, the mayor reported explosions in Kharkiv as the city was under attack by Russian guided aerial bombs. He later specified that three districts were affected by the strikes.
Quote: “There are some issues with electricity supply in certain areas,” Terekhov added.
Update: At 22:40, Syniehubov reported that four people were injured, including a man who was hospitalised.
A house caught fire, and a repair shop and a petrol station were damaged.
