Russian troops attacked the city of Kupiansk in Kharkiv Oblast with a guided aerial bomb (GAB) on 4 December, killing a man, 40.

Quote from Syniehubov: “The occupiers hit the town of Kupiansk with a GAB. The Russian army hit a residential building. Unfortunately, a man, 40, was killed. Two women suffered an acute stress reaction.’
Details: At least five houses were destroyed or damaged.
