Ukraine approves new digital innovation development strategy

The Ukrainian government has approved the Digital Innovation Development Strategy (WinWin) through 2030, outlining key directions of state policy for developing innovative products, goods and services.

Details: The WinWin Strategy presents a comprehensive vision and specific steps to strengthen Ukraine’s innovation ecosystem, implement effective regulation and open new markets.
The strategy aims to create favourable conditions for businesses, startups, researchers, investors and international partners in the innovation sector, which is crucial for sovereignty, economic growth, recovery and Ukraine’s transformation process.
The implementation of the strategy is expected to enable Ukraine to make an economic leap by producing innovative products, goods and services. The country aspires to become a regional leader and a driving force for innovation within the European Union by leveraging the export potential of its technological products.
By 2030, Ukraine aims to rise from 79th place in the Global Human Capital Index, where it stood in 2023, to 55th place.
