Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant explosion: 17 killed, 13 of them from drowning

According to official data, 17 people were killed, 13 of them by drowning and 4 from gunshot wounds received during evacuation, as a result of the Russians exploding the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant.
