All civilians to be evacuated from Avdiivka soon

Serhii Teliatytskyi, commander of the Tavriia front Joint Defence Forces Centre, has reported that Ukraine is striving to evacuate all civilians from the war-torn city of Avdiivka in Donetsk Oblast.
