Amended law to raise tax on hoarding homes clears legislative floor
Taipei, Dec. 19 (CNA) The Legislative Yuan on Tuesday passed a law revision raising residential property taxes on households that own multiple homes, while the rate will be lowered to 1 percent for those owning one property worth up to a certain value that they live in.
