Arts center NTCH first partner in Avignon Festival new talent project
Taipei, Oct. 27 (CNA) The National Theater and Concert Hall (NTCH) and Avignon Festival signed a partnership agreement in Taipei Friday, making the arts center in Taipei the first partner, and only one in Asia, to participate in the French festival’s project to cultivate young artist.
