BREAKING: Hong Kong national security police issue arrest warrants, HK$1 million bounties for 5 overseas activists

Hong Kong’s national security police have announced arrest warrants for five overseas activists and issued bounties of HK$1 million each for information about them.

The five activists are Simon Cheng, Frances Hui, Joey Siu, Johnny Fok and Tony Choi, police announced on Thursday.
