Builder ‘sorry’ after crane winching truck from Tainan sinkhole topples over
Taipei, March 7 (CNA) A Tainan construction company said Wednesday it was “deeply sorry” after a crane attempting to winch a truck out of a sinkhole at one of its building sites in the city’s West District toppled over and struck a police car.
