China denies its special representative proposed to recognise occupation of Ukrainian territories by Russian Federation

Mao Ning, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, denied the information published by The Wall Street Journal suggesting that Chinese Special Representative Li Hui called for recognition of Russia’s occupation of Ukrainian territories in exchange for an immediate ceasefire during his European tour.
