Consumer confidence index ends 3-month rising streak in August
Taipei, Aug. 28 (CNA) Consumer confidence weakened in August as an index gauging consumer faith in the economy ended a three-month rising streak amid uncertainty over the global economy, a survey conducted by National Central University (NCU) showed Monday.
