CPI up 2.35% year-on-year in April
Taipei, May 5 (CNA) Taiwan’s consumer price index (CPI) rose 2.35 percent from a year earlier in April, largely due to a spike in food and entertainment and education expenses, the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS) said Friday.
