Credit controls eased on 2nd-home buyers to replace old houses
Taipei, July 10 (CNA) Taiwan’s central bank said Monday that a cap on the loan-to-value ratio for second-home mortgages of 70 percent in certain areas will not apply to those who sell their first home within a year.
