Day of Crimean Tatar Flag is celebrated in Ukraine: history and significance

Every year on 26 June, the Day of the Crimean Tatar Flag is celebrated in Ukraine. This is a blue flag with a yellow coat of arms – taraq tamga, which is more than 100 years old.
It symbolises the resistance of the Crimean Tatar people to all those who have ever tried to destroy their culture.
