A hospital in Dnipro will be evacuated due to an overnight Russian attack, and certain schools will also be out of session.

Details: Filatov said that certain schools in the city will be closed due to heating issues.
Background: As a result of the Russian attack on the night of 12-13 February, one of the thermal power plants in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast ceased generating electricity.
