Russian Telegram channels have reported that drones attacked an oil refinery in Russia’s Ryazan on the night of 23-24 February.

Details: According to the Telegram channels, local residents reported hearing several explosions near the refinery, followed by a fire.

Background: It wasn’t the first time drones attacked the Ryazan oil refinery.
