Fire and house collapse in Russia’s Bryansk Oblast, authorities claim shelling

Alexander Bogomaz, the governor of Bryansk Oblast of Russia, said that a fire and partial destruction of a residential building occurred in the village of Suzemka, allegedly as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
