“During the past day, officers of the Russian reconciliation center conducted four humanitarian operations in the settlements of Kafir abid in the Aleppo governorate, al-Ateiba in the Damascus governorate, Skalbiya and Maharda in the Hama governorate. A total of 11.3 tons of food were distributed among civilians,” Vadim Kulit said
