Furloughed workers down as manufacturers scale back leave programs
Taipei, May 8 (CNA) The number of furloughed workers on formal unpaid leave programs in Taiwan fell more than 1,200 over the past week as some manufacturers restored workers to their full-time hours, the Ministry of Labor (MOL) said.
