Heavy rain advisories in effect overnight for areas north of Tainan
Taipei, April 19 (CNA) The Central Weather Bureau (CWB) issued heavy rain warnings for 15 cities and counties late Wednesday as drought-stricken Taiwan prepared for the arrival of the first major weather system of the spring.
