Heavy rain warnings issued as Typhoon Mawar moves away: CWB
Taipei, May 31 (CNA) The Central Weather Bureau (CWB) warned of extreme heavy rain or heavy rain in eight localities across Taiwan on Wednesday as Typhoon Mawar moved slowly north roughly 430 kilometers off the island’s east coast.
