Hipgnosis Accepts Improved Concord Offer

Hipgnosis, home to the catalog of artists such as Neil Young, Shakira and Red Hot Chili Peppers, has agreed to an improved $1.5 billion takeover by Concord Chorus, trumping an approach from Blackstone.
