Hon Hai to acquire 50% of Germany-based ZF’s axle system subsidiary
Taipei, July 25 (CNA) Taiwan-based manufacturing giant Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. has agreed to acquire a 50 percent stake in a passenger-car axle system subsidiary of ZF Friedrichshafen AG, a move aimed at capitalizing on opportunities in the automotive supply chain.
