Ukraine has managed to prove Russia’s plans to carry out a terrorist attack on the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) to the world, sending a signal from other states to Moscow that such actions are inadmissible, and therefore it has been forced to come up with a new plan for the ZNPP.
