Infrastructure facility damaged in Shahed drone attack on Kyiv Oblast

As a result of the night attack of Shahed-136/131 type UAVs, an infrastructure facility was damaged in Kyiv Oblast; there were no casualties.

Quote: “For the second night in a row, Russian terrorists are attacking our oblast with the help of UAVs. The air-raid warning lasted almost five hours. Air defence was actively responding in Kyiv Oblast.
As a result of the attack, an infrastructure facility in one of the districts was damaged. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties. The fire [caused by the hit – ed.] has been extinguished.”
Details: As Kravchenko said, all emergency services and operational teams were involved in dealing with the aftermath of the attack.
He also urged residents of Kyiv Oblast not to ignore the danger and stay in shelters when air-raid warnings are issued.
Background:
- Serhii Popko, Head of Kyiv City Military Administration, reported that air defences had destroyed around 10 Russian targets over Kyiv and the city’s outskirts during a Russian drone attack.
- On the night of 18-19 November, the Ukrainian air defence forces shot down 15 out of 20 Russian-launched Shahed-136/131 kamikaze UAVs over Ukraine.
