Internet could be turned off in Moscow as Wagnerites advance to Russian capital

Roskomnadzor, the Russian national communications regulator, will turn off the Internet in areas where the Russian government has declared a counter-terrorism operation (CTO). This concerns Moscow, Moscow Oblast and Voronezh Oblast.
