Details: Media report that the protesters mainly urge the government to approve the law on demobilisation after 18 months of service, also trying to draw attention to a related demobilisation petition that has already collected the necessary 25,000 votes to be considered.

In Kyiv, the action took place on the Maidan Nezalezhnosti square. Relatives of the military chanted: “It’s time for others!”, “Everyone is responsible for the victory!”, “The military also has families,” “The war cannot be won on one’s shoulders,” “Demobilisation for the military,” etc. The media reports that there were women with children from different regions.

In Ternopil, Lviv and Zaporizhzhia, wives, mothers and children of military personnel gathered next to the walls of oblast military administrations. In Kryvyi Rih, the action was held on the 95 Kvartal square; in Kropyvnytskyi, people gathered on the square near the city council, and in Khmelnytskyi – on Maidan Nezalezhnosti square. In Odesa, people gathered on Dumska Square. The protests were also held in Chernivtsi and Dnipro.

In Ivano-Frankivsk, the protest was planned to be held near the city council, but after receiving a notification about the building being mined, protesters just wandered around the city carrying posters.
