Man who killed motorcyclist in Taoyuan hit-and-run found dead in Yilan
Taipei, Sept. 26 (CNA) A man who struck and killed a 23-year-old motorcyclist and then fled the scene in Taoyuan’s Dayuan District on Monday has been found dead in Yilan County, authorities said Tuesday.
