Manufacturing activity contracts for 2nd straight month in April
Taipei, May 2 (CNA) Taiwan’s manufacturing activity fell into contraction mode in April for the second consecutive month on the back of ongoing inventory adjustments and weakening global demand, the Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research (CIER) said Tuesday.
