Dmitrii Medvedev, the deputy head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, has stated that the “military conflict” in Ukraine will last “for a very long time” and once again threatened a “preemptive nuclear strike” – now allegedly for the transfer of such weapons to Ukraine.
