Medvedev fears nuclear weapons ending up in “bandits’ hands”

Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Head of Russia’s Security Council, has said that the government will prevent nuclear weapons from ending up in the hands of “bandits”. Meanwhile, Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has said that the insurrection will be “resolved” very soon.
