Mercury forecast to hit 28 degrees in north as seasonal winds weaken
Taipei, Nov. 29 (CNA) Daytime temperatures in northern Taiwan are expected to reach 28 degrees Celsius on Wednesday as seasonal northeasterly winds weaken, the Central Weather Administration (CWA) has forecast.
