MOE apologizes for promotional video that antagonized comic fans
Taipei, Oct. 9 (CNA) The Ministry of Education (MOE) apologized Monday for a promotional video it released last month that was widely criticized for insulting fans of comics and collectible figurines in a botched attempt at humor.
