New observation posts and strongholds have been set up, and mines have been planted on the border between Ukraine’s Rivne Oblast and Belarus; there are no signs that the Russians or their accomplices are preparing to attack Ukraine from the north, says Serhii Naiev, Commander of the Joint Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
