Oil Rises, Buoyed by Lower Treasury Yields, Weaker USD

Oil rose in the morning Asian session. A decline in Treasury yields and a weaker USD in the wake of less hawkish remarks from some Fed officials overnight has given a boost to commodities, ING said.
