Oil tanker cabin washing suspected as source of east coast oil waste
Taipei, Dec. 17 (CNA) Waste oil found along the coast of eastern Taiwan since early December could be runoff waste created when washing oil tanker cabins, the Ocean Affairs Council (OAC) said Saturday.
