“One of favourite places for Kharkiv’s residents”: mayor reports new Russian attack

On Sunday afternoon, Russian troops launched another attack on Kharkiv’s centre, injuring several people.

Quote Terekhov: “The final two hits were directed towards the city’s centre.
The first missile struck the graveyard, while the second went to one of the Kharkiv residents’ favourite sites.
Needless to say, there is no military infrastructure in a cemetery or a leisure area.”
Details: The mayor’s office confirms that there are casualties.
The Oblast Military Administration explained that this is “an open area near the park zone” in the Shevchenko district, where the Russians struck near the football pitch.
Early reports say the Russians launched an attack using guided aerial bombs.
Previously: At least five people were killed in the morning strike on Kharkiv Oblast on 19 May.
