Russian forces shelled the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv Oblast on 12 April, killing one person and injuring two others.

Quote: “The occupiers shelled the village of Monachynivka using 152-mm artillery at around 11:15 on 12 April. A 72-year-old man and a 76-year-old woman were injured. The residents refused to be hospitalised, and medics treated them at the scene. Residential buildings were damaged.”

Details: There are reports that the Russians also shelled the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi with artillery, killing a 64-year-old man.
