One-year-old boy allegedly beaten to death by Taipei foster mother
Taipei, March 12 (CNA) The Child Welfare League Foundation (CWLF) has apologized and pledged to cooperate with an investigation after it confirmed a one-year-old boy placed in a Taipei foster home was allegedly beaten to death by his foster mother last December.
