OSCE Parliamentary Assembly calls Russia state sponsor of terrorism

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe on Tuesday has adopted a final declaration, in which it called Russia a state sponsor of the Wagner Group private military company, a terrorist organisation.
