The overall medal count of the 2024 Olympic Games has been updated as of the conclusion of the fourteenth day of competition, 9 August.

The United States continues to lead the Olympics with 33 gold, 39 silver and 39 bronze medals. China holds the second position with 33 golds, 27 silvers and 23 bronzes. Australia is in third place, with 18 gold, 16 silver and 14 bronze medals.
The Ukrainian team, represented by 140 athletes competing in 23 sports at the 2024 Summer Olympics, has won 11 medals. Fencer Olha Kharlan secured a bronze medal in the individual fencing event, and Serhii Kulish claimed silver in the three-position rifle shooting event.
Ukraine’s first gold was earned by the women’s sabre fencing team. The Ukrainian squad, consisting of Olha Kharlan, Olena Kravatska, Alina Komashchuk and Yuliia Bakastova, triumphed over South Korea in the final with a score of 45-42.
On the ninth day of the Olympics, Ukrainian athletes in track and field secured three medals. Yaroslava Mahuchikh won gold, and Iryna Herashchenko took bronze in the high jump. Mykhailo Kokhan also claimed a bronze medal, but in the hammer throw.
On the 10th day, gymnast Illia Kovtun became a silver medallist in the parallel bars activities, while on the 12th day, Oleksandr Khyzhniak became Olympic champion in boxing.
Finally, on the 13th day, the Ukrainian team added two more medals to their medal count in Greco-Roman wrestling: Parviz Nasibov won silver, and Zhan Beleniuk earned bronze.
Adding to the medal count, Ukrainian canoeists Liudmyla Luzan and Anastasiia Rybachok secured a silver medal by finishing second in the 500-metre double canoe event.
However, Ukraine dropped to 18th place in the overall medal count due to Spain winning their fourth gold in football, Brazil securing their third gold, and Uzbekistan claiming their fifth.
In total, 329 sets of medals will be awarded across 32 sports.
