Patriot anti-aircraft systems downed 15 Russian Kindzhal missiles already

Since 4 May 2023, American anti-aircraft systems Patriot have downed 15 Russian Kinzhal missiles over Ukraine.

Quote: “Patriot is able to down ballistic and aeroballistic missiles such as Kinzhal. On 4 May, the first “unrivalled” Kinzhal X-47 M2 missile was shot down. Thus, we started the count on that day.
Then there were six more, then once again six more, and as of now, we have downed 15 Kindzhal missiles with the Patriot system, which is very good news for us.”
Details: Meanwhile Ihnat stated that Ukraine only has “few” Patriot systems.
“Several batteries are not enough,” he added.
Ihnat also reported that during its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia had used over 75 000 missiles of all types.
