Pentagon accounting error overvalued Ukraine weapons aid by $3 billion

Reuters was first to report that the Pentagon had overestimated the value of the ammunition, missiles, and other equipment it sent to Ukraine by approximately $3B, an error that may lead to additional weapons being sent to Kyiv for its defense against Russian forces. Reuters was also first to report that the amount could increase as auditors pour over the many arms shipments to Kyiv.
