Policemen post footage of them pulling out people from under rubble in Pokrovsk

The Donetsk Oblast Police has released a video of the first minutes after the morning shelling of the Social Protection Department building in Pokrovsk, as a result of which 23 people were injured, and 1 person killed.

Details: The footage from the body camera shows that part of the building collapsed, and people were trapped under the rubble.
In addition, the police reported that as of 16:30, there were 14 injured people. One person died in hospital.
Among the injured are nine employees of the Department of Social Protection of the Population and two female visitors aged 32 and 68.
The administrative building of the Department of Social Protection of the Population, a social infrastructure facility, two medical facilities and two apartment buildings were destroyed.
Updated: The Prosecutor’s Office reported that as of 17:00, 23 people are known to have been injured and 1 person to have been killed in the shelling.
Background:
- On the morning of 13 October, the Russians bombarded the city of Pokrovsk, as a result of which one person was killed. Previously, it was reported that 13 people were injured.
- Emergency workers pulled out three people from under the rubble following the Russian strike on the city.
