Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski has expressed confidence that the United States and EU countries will soon approve aid packages for Ukraine.

Details: The minister noted that on Friday, there was good news from Kyiv, as the UK Prime Minister announced the allocation of another £2.5 billion (US$3.1 billion) a year to support Ukraine.
Quote: “I believe that further aid packages will soon be approved by both the US Congress and EU member states.
The price of a possible Russian victory will be much higher than the cost of the aid that Ukraine needs now.”
Background:
During his visit to Kyiv, Sunak announced a major £2.5 billion (US$3.1 billion) military aid package for Ukraine and said that London would provide £200 million (US$254 million) to manufacture drones for Ukraine.
During Sunak’s visit, a bilateral security agreement was signed between the UK and Ukraine, which will remain in force until Ukraine joins NATO.
