Protesters in several cities demand end to Taiwan’s ‘pedestrian hell’
Taipei, May 14 (CNA) Protests were held in several cities around Taiwan on Sunday after a call went out from traffic safety organizations on social media demanding action to improve pedestrian safety and prevent the kinds of accidents that have sparked criticism of the country as a “living hell” for pedestrians.
