PSMC to build wafer foundry in Japan’s Miyagi prefecture
Taipei, Oct. 31 (CNA) Taiwan’s Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp. (PSMC) announced Tuesday that it has chosen Miyagi prefecture as the location for its new 12-inch wafer foundry in Japan.
